is dependent on the quantity and type of information that you need. We have
included some examples here to show how our prices are calculated. The pricing for the Global Gazetteer data is based upon an initial selection of records and then a price per updated field. The reason for this approach is twofold: |

Each customer only requires an extract from the database, either a selection of records or a selection of fields |
It’s rather like ordering a pizza - you pay for the base and a basic topping, then pay per additional topping that you select.
The prices are calculated as follows:

A volume discount of 10% is applied for orders of more than 100,000 records rising linearly to 50% for 500,000 records and over, then eventually to 75% for more than 4 million records.

| The prices quoted are for a single site licence, either
directly for an end-user or for a software house developing an application
for a single user. If a customer wishes to roll a product out to multiple sites, on the Internet, or to incorporate data into a standard distributed product then a multiplier is applied to these basic prices.
